Extremely knowledgeable in post production technology and methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and able to function as an interface between creative and technical teams. Extensive knowledge of all processes involved with Post production delivery requirements. Most recently I have been involved as both a consultant and creative partner on a number of complex Internet and software based applications. I have worked extensively with CodeFab, a New York City based software company considered one of the premier iPhone application developers in the world. Most recently they have been working on developing the Barnes and Noble iPad reader to compete with the Kindle. Professional experience:
Protools Mixer, Editor/sound designer, and Installations and Studio Technology Integrations Consultant. I have been working all around the world as a Freelance Protools operator and consultant in LA, NYC, Paris, Nice, Rome and Tokyo. I am well versed in all delivery formats and requirements for Music. Audio post, ADR, VO, Sound Design, and any and all alternative delivery formats. Currently consulting for Guitar Center Pro for troubleshooting and installations. Also consulting for Digidesign on software and application integration and development. Audio Post Production supervisor, dubbing in 23 languages, for the first two of the "Harry Potter" DVD's Bonus disks. I worked for several years as the Senior Mixer for the Fox Family Channel on air promos. My clients have included Dreamworks, Warner Bros., Sting, and many others Before building my own production studio I was the Director of Audio Operations for TCI Interactive, (a division of John Malone's multinational Cable company TCI), where my responsibilities included; Studio design, all aspects of budgeting and resource allocation, working with multiple production teams in varying delivery environments, creating and developing new technologies and strategies for variable bandwidth delivery, scheduling, talent coordination, as well as a great deal of creative work, as I was also responsible for creating all of the music and sound for the products that were being developed. There were over 25 teams and projects at any given time that I was responsible for, coordinating all aspects of the Post production and delivery process.


Prior to that I worked as a Synclavier programmer, and as a sound designer in every possible production environment. I won an Ace cable award for sound design and music, as part of the team that was responsible for Post production, on the Nickelodeon Kids show "Eureeka's Castle", and a Golden Globe nomination for sound design on the Feature film "Gettysburg" for Turner entertainment.
I have a high degree of expertise and experience in both audio and video related computer technologies as well as traditional methodologies for production and postproduction for Film and TV and other entertainment media. I am extremely literate in computer managerial softwares and am completely up to date with all technologies and production methodologies for delivering entertainment media to all of the current delivery platforms, including but not limited to; Episodic TV, Commercial and Promo work, Feature Film, DVD, CD ROM, Internet and Intranet, and other high density data streams. I am both technically and creatively oriented. I am capable of creating, processing, and delivering audio for all possible New Media delivery formats including, but not limited to, MPEG3, Realaudio, as well as high fidelity audio at low data rates, i.e. CD ROM, and many other possibilities. I currently own and operate a state of the art Protools 24 Mix plus system that I use for Mastering and personal recording projects.


Although the focus of my work has been audio production and postproduction, I have always operated at the cutting edge of technological possibility. I am a serious technologist with a strong ability to visualize and realize technological and production methodologies and solutions, as well as develop and manage teams of production and design personnel.
